So I really haven’t been keeping you up to date
on our disciplines this week is a good one I done know if you all will be able
to do all of it but I would definitely challenge you to try as much of it as
you can, so the harder part for you is that we cant spend any money this week,
and we have one pair of work cloths and one pair of relaxing cloths for the
whole week, but the part that would be a good challenge is to fill a five
gallon bucket and take your shower with just that it can be worm but just one
five gallon bucket since a lot of the world dose not have running water any ways
you all have a great week and keep the prayers up I love you all |

Ok so two days ago we went on our hike and bike
it was a fund raiser to raise money for Micah who a previous staff member that
will be going to school for long term missions shortly so we walked a little
over 12 miles and then biked back, I was very tired the day of and then when I woke
up the next morning I could not move that day we helped a family in San Diego
move they work for a church and another missions organization down here so that
was pretty difficult moving all day long but we made it threw it is now two
days latter and I can walk with out it looking like I am in pain but pretty
much all of my muscles from my lower back down still hurt pretty bad but it is
nice to get to sleep long nights in my own bed again, we do have a group coming
in tonight which pretty much kicks off summer we will have people pretty much
in the dorms constantly until the middle of August that that is going to get
hectic and crazy but I have plenty of work on cars to do we have ten builds on Saturday
so I am going out and building and hoping that all of the cars run the entire day
so that is a little scary especially not having the parts needed to fix some of
them, but the lord will take car of all of that well any ways that is a great
prayer request for this weekend thank you all |

So what is new in the world of caravan, when I got back from
my vacation I came right back in to the work of the cars, I finished off all of
the oil changes before summer, and am now moving in to making sure all the
tires and brakes are good and ready to go last weekend I was suppose to go out
and build on Friday and Saturday but when I woke up Friday Eddie told me about
two vehicles up in the states that had broken down that I needed to go up and
fix so building was out for me on Friday I went up and the first one was easy
it had a flat tire so I replaced that the other might be a little more
difficult it died on the freeway and would not start again so when I got there
I checked and yep it would not start it was low on gas so I thought that I
would fill it a little so we knew that wasn’t the problem but yeah after
putting two gallons of gas in it, it started right up. So since it was about
noon we ran some errands in the states and just enjoyed the rest of the day
then the next morning I was also suppose to build but before I got that far
Eddie told me that the other two trucks that would not start here in Mexico
needed to be fixed because we have ten houses to build on Saturday of next week
and we only have two days to fix them so building was out for me a second day
but I got one of the trucks running and when we are up in the states we will
get new batteries for the other one. We have a short week because tomorrow we
are going to go up to the states and do a hike and bike to raise money for
Micah he is going to be going to school for missions shortly and we are hoping
to raise about $1000 for him so we are going to walk 13 miles and bike 13 miles
and then the next day we are going to help out some friends of Eddie and
Maggi’s and bring a bunch of stuff to the dump for them since we have the
vehicles for it, then we will have Thursday and Friday to work around the dorms
getting ready for the big group coming in and then on Saturday we go out and
build 10 houses so that will be a lot of work and kind of crazy but it should
be fun, so any ways that is what is going on around here hope every thing at

Well states days are now officially over this
was the last month that we were able to have a states day so we all packed our
stuff up Sunday night and headed up to California that night we went to the
flood a church in San Diego they had a two hour worship service witch is
basically a concert it was very cool, then the next day we all woke up early
and headed off to the San Diego zoo this was the first time that I have been
and it was a lot of fun it wasn’t quite as scary as the safari in Kenya, but it
was cool none the less any ways things are going great and we start in to work tomorrow,
so back to the usual but thank you all for the prayers they are all greatly appreciated,
keep praying for gods strength in me, that I am able to stand strong in the
face of trials persevering and growing threw them |

I want to thank you all for a great trip home I had a
wonderful time seeing every one, it was a great chance to relax reenergize and
get my focus back on track, but yes I made it back here safely, on Friday night
then spent the night at eddies house so we could pick up a group at 6:30 in the
morning then we came back to Caravan, I had one day of working on cars and it
is now the weekend and it is a good weekend to come back today we are all going
up to the states around 8 tonight to go to a worship service at a church up
there and then on Monday the last group that came here all worked at amusement
parks so they invited us to sea world so that will be a fun weekend, so I will
let you know how that all works out, again thank you all for a wonderful week
those of you that I didn’t get to see I am sorry and I will try to see you all
in September when I get to come home for a little longer
